Countrywide Surveyors (CWS) undertake all of CRL’s Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) at a market leading rate of £79.00 excl VAT. Between July and November 2008 we have undertaken more than 10,000 EPC’s on behalf of landlords across the UK.

EPC orders are logged electronically and processed immediately. CWS will contact the landlord or tenant to arrange an energy inspection at their respective earliest convenience. An invoice will be despatched to the landlord for tax purposes along with an EPC certificate which must be seen by prospective tenants prior to any viewings being undertaken at the property.
